Joy to the World for congregation and or choir with small orchestra
This is the quintessential “Joy to the World” Orchestration Carol for small orchestra or chamber orchestra and singalong. This is not necessarily an easy arrangement. Rather it is moderately difficult. This works very well with a small group of chamber instruments. See the sample score for a list of instruments. There are also sub parts for bassoon, alto, tenor, and baritone sax. 2111 1111 1111 Percussion include are: (tympani, cymbal, snare, bass, chimes and bells) This could be played by three players with a drum set player playing the cymbal, snare and bass. And one player could play both the chimes and bell parts. This could easy work with piano/organ and strings. This is very traditional in the key of C with three stanzas. This is very short and has an optional choral ending. Be sure to view the audio score on YouTube.
