Children Go, Where I Send Thee Inspired by the Michael McDonald and Twinkie Clark version from his recording “This Christmas” as well as the Prestonwood version, custom arranged for vocal duet, SATB back up choir and 5441+ big band. Band parts include one general rhythm part with chord symbols, notes and cues for keys (Hammond organ), guitar, bass and drums. Sax parts include the standard 2 alto saxes, 2 tenor saxes and baritone sax parts with the addition of “optional” flute and bass sax parts. Parts also include 4 trumpets and 4 trombones. There is a keys/vocal part that includes all vocal parts, a separate choir part and separate duet part as well as a separate rhythm chart. This is in the original key of A. This is a great work to show off your talented soloists. The chart also features a 4 bar drum solo, 5 bar Hammond organ solo and a horn soli section. The choir parts are fairly easy and repetitive the horn parts are at a medium difficulty level. But this chart must have the New Orleans Shuffle.
